Another MWod question

first off, I loooove KS. I bought the book and a few toys/tools. ive been doing videos off youtube for the last half year. im on episode 225 tonight. my question is; what will I get that's different if I sign up for MWod? is there something special or unique that im not getting now? I don't mind forking over the 8 or 9 dollars a month, just curious. thanks, mike.

Re: Another MWod question

1. Daily programming for mobility: no need to think about it, just do it. You can do that by yourself, but I found it useful to sometimes do something different. This is usually just the same as the book, but from time to time they have new ideas. Just a few weeks ago they for example did a whole series on the ankle with a few really good moves. This piece is like the practical YouTube videos

2. The mwod pro videos: this is like the theoretical YouTube videos. KS is discussing whatever he thinks is worth a discussion. (Latest episode: "Programming for the Hypermobile Athlete" was about how to deal with this population)

3. The webinars: that is the real "hardcore" theory. The ones they did up to now discussed the function of different joints (spine, shoulder, knee, ankle).

Sorry if this sounded like advertisement. I just love it
