programing with minimal equipment

Anyone know of a good program to follow or template to build on with minimal equipment I currently have a set of rings, a 50# kb, earth mover tire, jump Rope, jump boxes, and a evil wheel.

Re: programing with minimal equipment

Hey Mike,

What are your goals? You have a lot of options with the equipment listed.

Rings- www.gymnasticswod.com WFS for skill work, overcoming gravity for progressions and program templates

Kettlebell- I recommend checking out Dan John's 500 swing program (https://www.t-nation.com/workouts/10...lebell-workout WFS). I've never followed this program, but I did a few 500 swing workouts and I think it would work if you just want something to follow regularly.

Other stuff- General metcons. You could always just follow a program with the equipment you have and make some funky scaling modifications.

Have you considered making a sandbag? It can be done for $10 or so and would give you more exercise options--ball slam, weighted turkish get ups, mini buddy carry, etc.

Check out www.rosstraining.com (WFS). He has tons of low tech training ideas, and a guidance on making a bunch of DIY equipment for those on a tight budget.

Michael,

You have enough equipment to get an excellent workout. Especially with the KB and evil wheel

I concur with Colin's recommendations. Sandbags are a great tool and really versatile...Plus, they're cheap. You can follow other sites, or feed off them. I often go to http://www.woddrive.com/index.html (WSF), look up the type of WOD and modify accordingly.

Michael

http://board.crossfit.com/showthread.php?t=50739 (WFS)
Comprehensive Bodyweight Workout list 2.0. It even gives an idea of how to program strength with bodyweight.

I assume that you have access to a pullup bar as well, so everything in that guide will work. Adding in the tire and the other equipment only adds possibilities to your wods.
