Programming

Hey guys currently I follow a affiliate online for my wods. I've thought about starting something to hit all the lifts a little more. It would look something like this.
Mon: squat (back or fs)
Tues: press(bench or overhead)
Wed: rest/active recovery (with my work this is best time to program rest)
Thurs: deadlift
Fri: press (bench or overhead)
Sat: squat (back or fs)
Sun: rest/active recovery (with my work this is best time to program rest)

Also these would be coupled w
1 day of some kinda heavy clean
1 day of snatch/ohs (this is a weakness)
3 days met cons

Any advice on if this is good idea or not?
Also wondering what is a good affiliate to follow online?

Invictus, Outlaw.

1 heavy day of snatch and CJ is better than none but 2 are better than 1. 2 days of squat and press and 1 day of deadlift is good.

I agree. So with that....

Mon: snatch/squat (back or fs)
Tues: clean & jerk/press(bench or overhead)
Wed: rest
Thurs: snatch/squat (back or fs)
Fri: clean & jerk/press(bench or overhead)
Sat: deadlift/bent over rows
Sun: rest

3 days met cons

Re: Programming

That sounds good to me. Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm assuming this would lean more towards a strength aspect since the focus in more on the lifts n only 3 met cons?
