Decided to finally write all this down because i lose track of paper workout logs or i discontinue them.

Wednesday:
21,15,9 reps of:
Deadlift 185
GHD Situps with Medball throw
5:30

Thursday:
(Cindy done with hour break after Elizabeth)
Elizabeth

Clean 135 pounds (Power Cleaned)
Ring dips

Cindy + 15lb Body Armor
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

20Rnds +5 pullups

Friday:
(Fran was an hour after Izabel 'light')

30xSnatch 75lb

Fran Rx'd

2 mile jog + 300m time trial in 40s + 5x 100m walk 100 between each 11-11.5s each 100.

20 x 15lb Med ball slam
10 x 18" Box Jump
Time - 3:33

"Die Kette"
Curl+Press+Snatch
Each dumbbell on each arm 20-55lb (progressed by 5lb)
60&65lb Clean+Jerk each arm only

Oly Lift practice for 1 hour

45-115lb Clean and Jerk and Snatch form practice

Pullups 33 kipping
Chinups 30 kipping
Both done with 5 min in between
