I recently (last 2 weeks) started using the WODs. I have been having FUN working my butt off and feeling the results. I have been lifting for a while, been overweight for a long time, but am now seeing positive results (lost 20 lbs over the last month!). Even though it is around 20 degrees in my un-insulated garage (MN), I still get out there and do the WOD, modifying what I need, based on my current level.
This site has been great and those who have posted bits of knowledge, I read them and just wanted to say THANKS, and a bigger THANKS to Coach for setting this up!
