Each to their own I guess. I cant imagine being under 200lbs at 5'10". As a matter of fact the end of the month marks my 1 year CF anniversary and to date for every pound of bodyfat I have lost, I have gained 2 pounds of muscle so now the scale tells me I weight 12 lbs more than when I started CF.

As long as you're happy with squatting 225lbs and C&Jing 145lbs, by all means you should continue eating however little it took you to get to that weight. Just don't try to rationalize your bodyweight by saying that it is improving your performance.
It was already mentioned that Speal was one of only two guys at the Games last year to weigh less than you, and he's 5'5". He also squats >400lbs and put up a 91kg (200lbs) snatch and a 109kg (240lbs) C&J at last year's CF/USAW meet. |
