The addition of fat and subtraction of muscle has become quite apparent as well as my inability to operate in an oxygen starved state. Gots to get better!!

Travis - Sorry...I did not see your pst until later this afternoon. It sounds like we should train together since you have been out for a while and I am rehabing the knee.

I looks like Crossfit Broward may have a home at a martials school off of 595. I should know more early next week. It will be approximately 1500sf of useable space. If we can workout the details it should be open within a short time since the facility is ready to go....just move equipment in. Check www.crossfitbroward.com (sometimes wfs) for updates.

Anyone coming out for this weekend, I've got Saturday(hopefully) & Sunday off so I will probably do a workout on both days. Let me know if anyone is interested, I'll be doing them anyway but I can adjust times if need be.

I don't know if you can make the trip to Plantation, but we are having a park wod around 8:30 - 9:00. You are definitely welcome to join in. I may be able to meet you at Windmill on Sunday....but I still cannot run due to the knee surgery. I am sure we can get creative.

running's not an issue for me just got a slight groin pull this morning so running is verboten as far as I'm concerned. Probably concentrate on upper body and strength/endurance

The WOD will be at the same park we trained at the first time, Heritage Park. It is off of Peters Road....take University just south of 595 and go east on Peters to Fig Tree Lane. I will bring the bars, bumpers, kb's, box, and rower. There will probably be 2 to 4 newbies, but we can row and they can run.
