Hey guys..sorry I haven't checked this thread in so long.

I felt like our group died out when Travis disappeared, add the ankle injury to that and crossfit got put on the back burner.

The ankle is all healed up now, so does anyone still read this thing?

I play bball at windmill park on saturdays so that would work perfect for me.

Hey, what did happen to Travis?! He was the glue!

I'm down to workout again, been doing CF pretty steady this entire time. I would prefer a morning so it's not so darn hot and so the whole day is not broken up. I also have the equipment at my garage gym in Lantana to do most all Wod's. 561-254-8092.

Travis is back. Had/have some serious personal & work issues causing significant problems and had to deal with them. I'm in a new place, a little closer to the park than the last place & up for trying to get back together this or next weekend. Down side is that I'll be up in Fort Benning GA from 14 July to 12 September for some schooling. But other than that am up for something.

Hey Travis, welcome back. I'm down. I got my new gf doing CF now, she's a total beginner and hasn't been at it long enough to see any gains, but at least she's drinking the cool aid as they say. And she's sore as fark! lol

WOW, I thought everyone feel off the face the planet. How have you been...Travis and Jesse? I am getting some people for a park WOD this Sundaythat contacted me throught the site. Last week we had 4 newbies and now it looks as though we may have +7 this weekend or next. Hope all is well with you guys...shoot me an email if you guys are going to the park. I cannot train at full speed yet after knee surgery...I hurt it after Coach B's cert in March and tore the meniscus and ACL(probably an old tear) doing an adventure race....I should have known better. Hope to hear from you!

I'm up for sunday but early, I've got to take a couple applicants down to miami in the early afternoon. Somewhere between 9-10AM would be good for me 10 at the latest, to start. let me know what's up if anyone wants to go.

You guys work out this weekend? I got home at 6am on Friday nite and like 330 sat nite, so no early working out for me! Crossfit is making me look and feel great, but the chicks its generating are killin' me!

Gee, Brian, I wish I could say I feel sorry for you, but I just can't seem to muster the sympathy. I did a scaled workout of 8 burpee 8 pull up for 8 rounds and the pull ups ended up being jumping after round 5. Still kicked my ***, so that's a good thing. Someone actually came over and asked if I was ok, as I was "recovering" at the park.
