Thanks man, yea I've really been working on the form of the kipping, etc. At my age, you need to work smarter not harder if possible!!

I just started at a new firm, so I don't know what my Wednesday deal is going to be yet...def not this Wed. But maybe once I get acclimated.

no pressure on the wednesday thing. Just thinking online... Might be a tuesday or thursday thing, but tuesday's would definitly be in the morning around O-dark-thirty.

Im not going to make it this wednesday either. Its my rest day on starting strength and Im going to use it.

Oh, Joe, say it ain't so! Well, I was thinking that if we were going to do a wod tomorrow I would take off today and maybe we could do today's wod tomorrow (tabata something else). No equipment necessary, and my body needs some rest (like I say every week). Butt now it's getting worse as I can only get about 5.5 to 6 hours of sleep each night! Ugh. Whatever...

Last minute run to Miami and paperwork kept me in the office till 9:30-ish. Sorry I couldn't make it.

Don't know what my schedule is like for this weekend, have a lot of wedding stuff to plan. I'm doing a workout on Monday though if anyone wants in. Don't worry about equipment I've got everything for this one. Let me know
