Rob Orlando's Tuesday Trainer workout

Hey Everyone--

Today was a great workout. We did the following...

20 minute AMRAP with a 155 pound axle for all barbell movements
1 squat clean
2 thrusters
3 back squats
4 muscle ups

I got 16 rounds. Just a couple notes on technique...squat clean right into your first thruster. Then, after your second thruster, send the bar behind your head to the back squat position. After the 3rd back squat, drop the bar off your back.

you're a machine! you should start recording more of your wods and put them up on a youtube or something, it would be so fun to watch

A lot of his workouts are up on youtube. Search Hybrid Athletics or just go to their website and it should link you to a bunch of them. Personally, I'd like to see a video of this workout because, while I am significantly smaller than Rob, I still can't imagine putting an axle on my back, even if the 155# is relatively light.
