Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

Just to drive the point home.
My son got a:
3 rep back squats pr yesterday (305 x 3)
25 pound overhead squat 3 rep pr today (205 x 3)
3 rep deadlift pr today (310 x 3)
and then did the main page wod:
Ten rounds for time of:
12 Burpees
12 Pull-ups

12:55

Strong and Fit.

Mr. Martin could you please stop posting your son's numbers? They're destroying everyone's egos Jesus!, a 205x3 OHS and a sub 3 minute Fran at 17! Wow!

Yes his results seem unbelievable but fairly common around our box. Jason and Chris PM's on the way.

Jeff could you also send me PM? If that is common in your gym I would love to know what you are doing. After doing a crossfit San Francisco WOD in my Hybrid program today, I realized that some people have a knack for the art of programming.

He used crossfit lol. That's why he is arguing for crossfit, not against. He is probably using ME black box.
