Workout post bilateral ingunal hernia surgery?

Hey guys I'm 47 male I've been doing crossfit for a year. The beginning of 2014 has been a tuff one for me.

I had an episode of chest pain while doing "Grace" that later that evening got me an admit to the hospital and a cardiac stent in my LAD for a 95% block. I was off three weeks from the gym post surgery. First week back I eased in and did fine. Week 2 started to have abdominal pain (not during workout) with sharp pain in the groin. The long and short is after a CT scan I have been diagnosed with bilateral inguinal hernias. Surgery scheduled in 2 weeks. I plan on taking it easy prior to surgery so as not to cause a strangulation but do want to work out some. also as soon as I'm able I want to start training again.

So all that said to ask.......Anyone have thoughts and the best exercises or movements I can do without harming myself?

Avoid valsalva or straining abdominals and get plan ahead of time for recovery from your surgeon so you are not surprised or angry post op
