Pre-hab exercises

Hi all,
Just wondering does anyone have a good list of prehab exercises to do e.g maybe 1 or 2 different exercises can do at the end of training each session, for shoulders, lowerback, knees etc-I have many old injuries that i have from contact sports that I need to maintain with rehab/prehab exercises-and as they say "Prevention better than the cure" Dont want any more if possible.

regards Matt from OZ.

Re: Pre-hab exercises

I listed a bunch that work well for gymnastics/bodyweight training here that will be good:

Umm, skip to "summing it up" for the list if you just want to look at it.
