Need help on what exercises to do!

I am absolutly loving crossfit, i am in a box in bridgeport connecticut. But, i am having a huge issue. I am 5 foot and have been blessed with a big butt and big thighs. i am a very solid person, and extremely muscular. I have found that although i am losing weight inother places, my thighs and butt are just getting bigger and bigger (more muscular). I dont want to stop doing crossfit, so i need advice on what to do, what to avoid doing at crossfit and outside of crossfit. please respond back to this or my personal email jldidio@suffolk.edu

also to add to this, i am not losing the weight like how i want to, i am doing the diet, im not sure if i should be doing more cardio as well as the WODS. I feel great and somewhat seeing results (ive been doing it for two months), but just wondering how i can really change it up and the best things that i can do that wont have such a huge impact on my thigh area, and allow them to slim down, they r extremely toned. I have also been doing the tabata rowing and tabata sprints on the tredmill, but im just wondering if maybe the rowing although it is working my abs and everything else is making my legs even more muscular, what else can i try, eliptical etc? thanks so much for any replies i receive i deff need help!!

Doing sprints will keep making your butt and legs bigger, not smaller. Nevertheless your complaint sounds a bit to me like...."Help my legs and butt are becoming full figured and delicious, how can I make that stop?".

Running distances instead of sprints will make the goodness go away.

I'm thinking that if you're in a caloric deficit, the hypertrophy will end soon enough.

im not saying that it is a bad thing, but im 5 foot, weigh 150 and my legs are becoming too big for the proportion of my body. SHould i avoid squats, or keep going how i am and it will start to even out. I will post my diet under nutrition

I think some of the girls in the "Wheres the girl power" thread in communtiy talked about this. Their legs got bigger at first because they were detrained and muscle grew faster than the fat came off. THen the fat came off and their legs were perfect, though they still had problems buying pants, that super skinny, heroin chic crap being all the rage.
