A 60-90 minute yoga practice (depending on how lazy I'm feeling).

At most a long walk. Three days on, one off, is quite enough for me.

Soccer or volleyball, but then again, they also occur on work out days too. I have a problem being idle, probably to my detriment.

Hike, run a bit, Parkour training, play golf, play on the playground with the kids, boulder or go climbing with the family, swim in the river, lay around like a lazy oaf...

Usually I take my pick from a couple of those and run with it :D

the quality of your training is only as good as the quality of your rest. relax and take care of yourself on days off- if possible.
