One of CrossFit Marin's new clients (he's been coming in for about 3 weeks) came in Friday morning and said "Well, I've definitely been feeling and moving better, but you know what I didn't expect. My knees used to hurt all the time and I had to be careful when I moved certain ways. They don't hurt anymore, and I don't really worry about those movements."

This is what it's all about folks!!
