Speed Sumo Deads
I made another video of speed sumo deadlift that when done correctly will contribute to greater speed on your sumo-high pulls.
Use about half the weight of your max lift (one rep).
Perform 3 reps as fast as you can with strict form.
Release the bare between each rep, reset, and then grab the bar again.
The end of the video demonstrates dumbbell sumo's which are great for hip mobility.
I have gloves on because it is 28 degrees in my garage gym.
