My Garage Gym

Its in its beginning stages.

Still need bumpers, stones, bags and other goodies. Got my rings within 48 hours of purchase. Got a trap bar on the way.

Re: My Garage Gym

Very good start there! I love the banner. I grew up around 30 mins from there near Chardon/Chesterland area. No heat during the winter sounds...interesting

Re: My Garage Gym

Yeah, thats not far. Thanks.

I love seeing my breath while training in cold weather. If it gets below 20 degrees in the garage I will torpedo heat it until it gets 35 to 40.

But we run in the snow. We ice fish, snow board, shovel and hunt in the snow, we can certainly work out in it.

Once you teach people how to layer clothing it becomes easy for people to fall in line. As a matter of fact, last year we had friends in t-shirts in 30+ weather sweating. Once the fire starts to burn, keep the rounds going...lol
