How the body uses fuel (explanation video)

Here is a video explanation by some trainer who tries to put the process in which humans burn fat/sugar in simple terms. Does anyone see any holes in it? I don't know enough about the subject but I'm mainly confused by the end where he talks about muscle breakdown vs fat breakdown when your heart rate is high, at around 10:30.

I agree with the video, matches the experiences of me and most people I know. He's oversimplified a lot of it though. Eg totally skipped the role of the pancreas.

As to the part at 10:30. He's saying that because energy is being used at such a high rate, body can't keep up with producing it via the fat->liver->sugar mechanism so uses a muscle->liver->sugar mechanism instead, which is what makes marathon runners look like ww2 prisoners
