The valsava manuever is

a) necessary for maintianing a rigid trunk while lifting heavy weights
b) Dangerously raises blood pressure which could result in a stroke
c) Has little real effect on the body and is neither beneficial or harmful
d) Something out of kama sutra

Pick all that apply. Good choices of footwear for CF style workouts are.

1) Weightlifting shoes
2) Thin flat soled shoes (Vibram five fingers, wrestling shoes, chuck taylors)
3) Basketball shoes
4) Cushioned running shoes
5) High Heels

programs that consist of 8-12 reps and contain isolation (single joint) excersizes (Body Building style) are

1) Not very usefull
2) Work only if the subject is pumped full of Test and d-bol
3) Can be a good addition to athletic training for sports where size is important
4) Will result in you wearing a thong being rubbed down with oil by another big sweaty guy
5) Will likely result in a flame war
6) all of the above

1) physical size
2) BFC
3) recovery ability
4) Muscular endurance
5) 5 k time
6) Job productivety

I like barefoot as well, hence my atire at Jay's party. but now that I have the vibrams, it's the feeling of barefoot without the worry of hot asphault.
