Snatch Throw and Catch

While I'm in the video making mood I decided to give another fun exercise I do to build shoulder reflex and strength.

I call it Snatch and Catch of dumbbell. After all I am a dumbbell. But only my brothers here at CF would get away with this in a box (why I hate Globo gyms).

If you crush your nose or your toe complain to your significant other because I don't care...LOL

I am pretty sure I would take quite an ear bashing at my box if I were to do something like that! I have to think that throwing iron in the air is not a practice that many other boxes would condone either.....

Good on you for making your work outs fun though.

Edit: sorry, that last line of my post seemed kind of sarcastic. THats not how I was looking to come across at all. Im just saying that I hate wall-balls enough, I dont want to toss something that could knock me out over my head!

Sort of like Kettlebell juggling haha. Not for me, but definitely a cool exercise!

Re: Snatch Throw and Catch

Looks like a good workout, but I would be crushing some toes before long. I might try it with a kettlebell though, given how the handle is pretty easy to grab with the other hand. It would have to be kind of a half snatch, before it goes to the other side of my wrist.
