I have always gravitated to totally functional fitness. But I also like to mountain bike. Right now I am doing sort of a Crossfit/Renegade type workout everyother day and on the days between inlineskating or cycling for an hour to an hour and a half. When riding season comes I will be doing 2-4 hours ride 2-3 times a week, not because I have to but because I LIKE it. From a crossfit point of view, how would I proceed in my training?

This is going to sound like a cop-out but just keep with the WOD...keep an eye on overtraining and really make an effort to stretch the hipflexors and low back. you are going to be in a crouched position for hours/week...need to pre-hab that.
