Re: The 405 Squat
![]() ![]() Yours is a bit more impressive though, I got about 50 pounds of body weight on you! Also, I would say you have a 425 at least in you! Nice lift! Congrats! |

Re: The 405 Squat
Nice squat! If you don't mind, can I ask what your programming looks like on a day-to-day basis? Would love to know.
Keep it up! |

Re: The 405 Squat
Beast! Keep it up man, great looking squat and agreed I think you got another 20lbs on you. Get a little more bounce in the bottom/speed on the descent and you got even more. That is crazy impressive for your BW. Horrible nutrition is the key to squatting a lot I heard.

Re: The 405 Squat
Dang, I'm like 7 lbs. heavier than you and 300 lbs. is a struggle for me. How tall are you?

Re: The 405 Squat
Just curious, what's your DL? I find deadlift is way easier for me. Current 1RM is 435, but I haven't tested in a while. I think I can break 450 once I test in the next week or so.

Re: The 405 Squat
My heaviest conventional deadlift is 425 and my heaviest sumo is 445. I hate deadlift and consequently suck at it. With a 405 squat you would think it would be higher, but. My posterior chain is pretty weak in comparison to my legs.
