"clicking" in right elbow during pullups...?

Curious one for you Folks Who Know.

I'll ask my doctor during my next PHA, but when I do pushups, I get a tangible "clicking" in my right elbow... sometimes. It's not audible and seems to be much more obvious during "regular ol' pushups" rather than "tiger" or "pike" pushups (ie angle of arms at shoulder seems to affect it). I've tried touching my right elbow with my left hand and doing "against-the-wall" one-arm pushups (since it's WAY beyond me to do them on the floor...) and it feels like it might be a tendon or other fiber "popping" back and forth across the bone or cartilage.

Just kinda weird. It doesn't hurt at all (either then or the next day), but it's disconcerting. Any ideas on what this is, or if it's bad?
