Roll up...Roll up, here come a new round of craziness from the English contingent this time around (Still smarting from the Six Nations defeat to Scotland so watch out!)

As always, i'm sure Jeff will offer up suitably scaled versions for everyone, but without further ado......here it comes;

100m run
10 muscle ups
200m run
20 HSPU
300m run
30 overhead squats (oly bar)
400m run
40 SDHP (oly bar)
500m run
50 pull ups
600m run
60 press ups
700m run
70 swings (weight of choice)
800m run
80 burpees
900m run
90 thrusters (oly bar)
1km run
100 squats

Seems suitably nutty enough...

Anyone in the vicinity of Sidcup is welcome to come join me and Rachel rocking through this, drop me a line.

CrossFit Central Scotland are in, as are our brothers and sisters at Brand X, post your times up, should be fun!

Nanoo-Nanoo....

Strip to your Kilt, paint your face blue, Painstorm XI starts this weekend. Brian has promised to make this a three continent storm by carrying this off in Fallujah. So what's your excuse Nancy boy?

Connor and David tore it up on Painstorm.. my meager 1:22 is ok but nothing special.. the running really tore me up.. the worst of the WOD was the 800m -> 80 burpees.. that was simply awful.

Yeah the 80 burpees are what killed my time. That and the rest of the workout

The CF gang from Cottesmore had a fair showing for our first outing.
Big Dawgs
Gordo 1:11
Neil 1:34 (some mods)

Pack
Simon 55 min (used BD runs, pack exercises)
Ali 49 mins "squat thrust" vice burpees

Funny thing, coming off the pull-up bar, I was thinking "this is going well, I should be done in under an hour", then along came the burpees...
