This is what my dad and I came up with
followed by 5 rounds of:
15 heaving snatch balance, lunge, lunge X 45#
5 bear complex X 95#
15 handstand pushups

Yes a burpee pullup combo.
The bear complex:
1. full clean
3. bring the bar down behind your neck and do a back squat
4. shoulderpress from behind neck
5. return bar to ground
