Utilizing the hips on PU/C2B/MU
So I'm a couple years into CF. Pull ups have never been my "thing", however I'm definitely much better at them. But I think I'm only better because of increase in strength. C2B didn't and still don't come easy for me. It wasn't until I personally saw a slo-mo video of my C2B that I realized there is absolutely no "hip pop". There is no hip extension. My "weightless-ness" is me literally in a chair position. This only happens when I string them together. When I do singles I end up with my body way forward.
This has translated into my lack of MU.. of all kinds.
Any tips or ideas on skills and drills that will help. It's just these movements. KBS and BB lifts are full hip drive.
