the 10 a day squat challenge is a good one. 10 squats per day, everyday comes you add 10. its fun and definitely is interesting if you are doing normal training programming. Ive done the 300 KB swing challenge. 300 every 24 hours for a month. That also was a pain in the backside, tedious but fun.

Ryan Fischer (I follow him on IG) is a good athlete and an affiliate owner, he threw out a pic the other day and said he does a 30 day challenge a few times a year where he does 50 KB swings a day before his workout. He said go heavy and only go to your eye level (Russian swing?) and do that every day. Started today and went with 50 lbs., pretty easy so I'll bump the weight up. He said try to do them unbroken and if it gets easier then go up in weight or go up in reps, never over 75. Maybe give you something to do?
