What shorts you WOD in?

Hey guys, I'm just seeing what people are working out in. I'm in the market for new shorts since mine are too baggy now and they caught during rows. I've been looking into Jaco and UN92. Any other recommendations? Hopefully around independence weekend, there will be a sale .

Re: What shorts you WOD in?

Jacos [90/10] are awesome...but are a little heavy and HOT this summer.
UN92 [87/13] seems a bit lighter than the Jaco...still HOT cause the're long.
Reevolve [87/13] "unrivaled" are my favorite cause they sell a shorter/slimmer model...LUV EM!
LifeAsRx [96/4] are lighter, so are not as hot, but not as stretchy
WetEffect [100% poly] - cheap @ $35 but are heavy and like cardboard

[polyester/spandex]...I found as long as they have some blend of spandex, you will not be disappointed.

2pood I will get next, and I like the red reebok ones in the cf store just for the print.

Hands down 2POOD. Perfect length, they are built a lot stronger and use better materials that don't get destroyed by the barbell. I have JACO, RokFit, and Rogue shorts and they are just too long and get hung up on the knee (even with the side splits) and makes moving fast...or at least moving fast comfortably very hard.

Re: What shorts you WOD in?

I use a cheap pair of mid-thigh length running shorts. The don't wear out, they don't get caught in the erg, and they don't show your junk to the world when you stretch.

Go to a running store and look for whatever's on sale that fits you. You shouldn't need to spend more than $20.

It's not a fashion contest

Whatever is still clean & dry......
But I was lucky enough to find a Body Armour short on sale, and it's great.

That's the one. My eyes typically aren't even open 4:15 when I'm getting dressed to go to the gym so I just grab whatever is on top of my workout bottoms drawer, all of these being whatever was cheap and fit at a handful of stores (mostly a bunch of champion, old navy, and danskin yoga crop pants).
