Sitting in the factory office now after working on the matter with the engineering on the factory floor.

We isolated the problem to an input in the rubber mix for those plates alone (since they have a different durometer and rubber mix than our 25/35/45/55 for maximum durability) and we are changing out the mix moving forward.

For existing stocks, we will be airing them out.

Problem solved- thanks for the help, all!
