Did you know that in many states, conspiracy to commit homicide carries a possible death penalty?

Same weight DB's for all sets/exercises? Or pick your own weights?

It's not conspiracy to commit homicide if it's self inflicted.

Wouldn't that be aiding a suicide?

Thats a nasty enough chipper let alone for 7 rounds.

Ooooo! This looks COOL!

Hey Graham, Big Pete had some time off for a knee op a while back and i believe he still lurks and follows CrossFit, just doesn't post as much anymore!

Anyone up for this madness in the Sidcup area, drop me a line and we'll sort something out..

Davie,
Today was the only day I could do this this month. My legs were to tore up from the workout I did Tuesday, to do the lunges so I did strict presses instead, hope that was okay.

Rounds 1-3 I used:
16 kg for manmakers
32 kg for elevated deadlifts
16 kg for snatches
16 kg for shoulder press
24 kg for swings

40:00

Rounds 4-5 I used a 30# dumbbell throughout.
18:00

Weight made a huge difference.

I think I will do this with 15# or 20# db and try for 5 rounds.

I'm doing this today, and using the same weight as Laura...I counted the reps before and screwed my sensible head on.
