This months Storm is a colaboration between myself, Kempie, Mark and Jeff
7 rounds for time of
10 Renegade Man makers
20 Dumb Bell deadlifts
30 Single Dumb Bell snatches ( 15 per side)
40 Single overhead lunges ( 20 per side)
50 Dumb Bell swings
Post times here, at Brand X or at CrossFitCS
We will be attempting this the second Saturday in July

Hey Graham, Big Pete had some time off for a knee op a while back and i believe he still lurks and follows CrossFit, just doesn't post as much anymore!
Anyone up for this madness in the Sidcup area, drop me a line and we'll sort something out..

Today was the only day I could do this this month. My legs were to tore up from the workout I did Tuesday, to do the lunges so I did strict presses instead, hope that was okay.
Rounds 1-3 I used:
16 kg for manmakers
32 kg for elevated deadlifts
16 kg for snatches
16 kg for shoulder press
24 kg for swings
Rounds 4-5 I used a 30# dumbbell throughout.
Weight made a huge difference.
