a pretty interesting topic from a body building website (this topic is NOT W/F/S)

well i was looking for the link to the topic and i couldnt find it, basicly a few days ago i found this topic at some body building web site and the guys there were going at it pretty hard, they had very diffrent thoughts.

i think the topic was called "sex and masterbation affects on body building"

some guys argue that 'sperm' has lots of protine that people should not really masterbate or have sex except on rest days every now and then, a few others said its perfectly fine, some said that it is good every few days because it raises (something's) level, im not sure what that was i think it has to do with "tolcosom" levels or something like that. and then ofcourse comes some random relaxed guy saying "he who leaves masterbating for bodybuilding should be mr.olympia all year every year"

asides of body building, when it comes to general fitness, endurance, and crossfit performance does "sex and/or masterbating" affect crossfitters in any ways.
thoughts

There's some studies of this on pubmed if you want to look them up.

Test levels are slightly lower with... but performance tends to remain about the same. Could be "argued" either way, heh. Pretty much doesn't really matter.

Does it matter, one, and here's the opposite end of that question. Would you stop if it did?

This thread had no potential...AND is a violation of the AUP.
