I know endurance training is unpopular here, but for me it's an occupational hazard. Specifically, I'll be rucking with 75lbs for 10-16 miles twice a week for the next 2 months or so. I'm currently eating 18 blocks with 4xfat at BW of 162 and BF~6%. I'm concerned that I'm not getting enough calories for these longer efforts, and possibly not enough protein to counteract the muscle-wasting effects of the endurance work. What are your thoughts on increasing food on roadmarch days? Increased fat blocks or increased blocks across the board? Thanks in advance for any help. Chris
