Check out this Fedor compilation with Joe Rogan commentary. Definitely NOT WFS. About 30 f-words in 2 min.

Fedor is one bad dude, I don't care what anyone says. I remember the black guy he fights at about the 7 min. mark was going to "seriously test Fedor's hands." LOL. I'm still disappointed he is not in the UFC. The Rogers fight should be interesting though. Looking forward to it.

Plus, that workout looks very "CrossFittish." Just bare-bones hard work.

Fedor is one bad dude, but I'm alot more excited for the rest of the card. It's no fun to watch Fedor fight people that can't even challenge him. It's almost mean.

I can't say much about Brett Rogers' ability because I am just not that familiar with him. Nevertheless, he looks like a big, dangerous guy with a 10-0 record all by KO, most in the first round. Only two went to the second round. He knocked out Arlovski (who hasn't, LOL) in a few seconds. I would not go so far as to say he is no threat to Fedor. It remains to be seen. It is always fun to watch Fedor fight regardless.

interesting to say, fedor does kipping pullups exclusively, and he learned them naturally without anyone teaching him, pretty interesting huh?
