The Pit CPT Certification Seminar teaches Martial Artists how to incorporate CrossFit/fitness into their Martial Arts program, and how CrossFit/fitness instructors can incorporate martial arts into their CrossFit/fitness program. We covered MA/MMA techniques, CrossFit/fitness techniques, and how to put them together seamlessly. We also talked about the philosophy of The Pit and CrossFit.... it was GREAT!

Cant wait for something like this to get going. I would rather train specifically to MA than just general fitness. My time, and goals are geared in that direction. I have no interest in competing in Crossfit games, but I DO compete in BJJ. THAT's where I want all my effort to be in prep for competition. Thanks in advance!!
