The Pit Combative Physical Training Cert
CrossFit & The Pit are combining forces and brining back The Pit's combination of martial arts and CrossFit... The certification seminars start September 12, 13 at SinCity Crossfit in Vegas. It will rock!

Very interested in hearing more about this!
I was fortunate enough to attend a CF Level 1 cert a few years ago (the old 3 day certs). John Hackleman was one of the presenters. Definitely was a highlight of the weekend. |
