Got some training from you at the old Santa Cruz CF in May of 2006 cert.

Will you be doing these at the Arroyo Grande location? I used to train there when I was like 10. Looking for a place to crossfit when I get back from Iraq.

How would PIT WoDs differ from other flavors?

More round based interval workouts ala fight gone bad?

Incorporation of sport specific movements into the workouts (CrossFit Wod that includes bouts on a heavy bag for instance)?

Team WoDs that would incorporate specific movements (thrusters, pullups, then shoot in on your partner 10 times)?

Something else I've never considered?
