I currently take 2 pills of zma before bed as 3 gave my some odd stool action. I will try with 3 after some time, maybe body needs some adaptation period.

I haven't read through the entire thread.. but I take 500mg of chelated Mag (doctor's best brand) in the morning, and another 500 at night. Makes a HUGE difference for me. Not just with sleep, but workout recovery, pms, etc. Mag is SOOO important!
