don't remember the times. probably went too hard on the first row. heartrate was 180 after the first round but around 160 for the next two.

DB alternating Curl and Press

skull crushers

Went too heavy on the bench and curl and press. The last reps were probably too slow and I was holding my breath on them.

Rested last week on vacation but back to the gym today.

2 strict press, max reps push press (53lbs, scaled to 5 pp)
Rest 15 seconds
Max reps pushups (scaled to 5)
Rest 2-3 minutes

EMOM 0 min
7 thrusters
3 burpees

scaled to:
EMOM, 10min
4 thrusters (58lbs)

Did 5 the first two rounds. Had planned to do 3 each round but Dave (coach) encouraged me to do 7 per rounds so I scaled up. I probably should have just stuck with my plan. Heartrate was 180 after each set of thrusters. Not sure if this matters or not.

I felt great yesterday so went a little more intensely than I have been. Heartrate 170 after the metcon but I felt good. Today, on the other hand, my traps are so sore they are going to fall off.

Took the jerks very slow. It's a little heavier that I have been going but felt good. Just didn't want to get my heartrate too high, which was 180 after the first set of c+j and 150 after the second set when I was taking longer breaks.

12 weeks pregnant, feeling good

Deadlift
25kg x5, 35x5, 45x5, 55x5x5

Pistols
4 sets of 8 per leg
Started with unassisted but my stomach felt like it was getting squashed so moved to holding onto the bar

Front Rack Barbell Walking Lunges
15kg, 20kg, 20kg (8 steps per leg)

Tabata core work, subbed plank
Wasn't feeling these after all the other movements. Only held for 10-15 sec per round.

Super sore in my glutes and quads yesterday, as per usual after strength class.
