behind the neck fails

i'm having trouble with behind the next press movements, including the behind the neck snatch grip press/ push jerks/ push press etc. i struggle with OHS but to a lesser degree.

i assume this means i've got bad shoulder mobility, so, anything i can do to improve this?

Trouble with the position? You have lesser trouble with the OHS than the snatch grip push press? I dono, I have shoulder mobility issues, so much so that I split my snatches but I find that snatch grip push press and HBBS are comfortable for me. OHS=extremely difficult for me. My shoulders feel better if row for a few minutes, Burgener warm up (splits instead of squats), and the skills transfer exercises (again with splits instead of squats) before I start lifting. I have found that it has gotten better with time.
