16 Tons

Did a workout at our gym I wanted to share: 16 Tons

50 225 lb Deadlifts
50 185 lb Back squats
50 135 lb Cleans
50 95 lb Push Press

It was tough. Back squats really drug on.

Can you use a dump truck? That is a lot of reps and a lot of weight to move around.
