I have found a nice one block snack for anyone interested. It takes about 10 minutes to make but is a nice late nighter.

2 tomatoes cut in half cored and seeded (so you will have four halves)

1 oz. Mozzarella cheese (or any other kind you like) sliced thin so you can put one on each tomato half

Some basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and any other herbs you would like

Put a touch of olive oil on each half and season. Place in the oven (cut side up)on Med. high, close to the overhead heating element is best. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the tops of the tomatoes are just turning brown then add the cheese to the top for one minute (or until it melts). And enjoy.
