THE NEIN!!!

9 RFT:
9 Handstand push-ups
9 Thruster 60/40 kg
9 Knees to elbows
9 Deadlift 110 Kg
9 Burpees
9 Kettlebell swings 32/24
9 Pull-ups

Partner who is not active does:
From 0-10 min: Squats
10-20 D.U.
20-30 Hollow Rock
30-40 Jumping Jacks
After 40 min, partner can rest who is not active (So you complete the god damn wod anytime soon)

4 Deadlift
8 min AMRAP:
Amrap Overhead Squat 40/30
8 Burpee when you drop the barbell, your partner carries on with OH-Squat
6 Deadlift
6 min Amrap:
Amrap Snatch 40/30
8
8 Deadlift
4 min Amrap:
Partner Burp-Wallball (Burp not burpee! So no pushup!)
10 Deadlift
3 min Amrap:
Partner Target Burpee
12 Deadlift

We have 3 minutes to perform the Deadlifts. Increase weight for every round. This wod was a little bit dangerous. The deadlifts got pretty heavy at the end and technique was breaking down, careful with this one

Complex: Squat Clean Thruster + Thruster + Front Squat 60/40

Every 4 min:
15 Partner Burpee-Wallball
10 Partner Pistol
5 Strict HSPU

5 stationer:

1. 150 Pushups. Partner in "Hunterrest", when you sit "toilet-style" against the wall
2. 150 Wallballs. Partner in Hollow Rock
3. 150 dips. Partner sits in a OH-squat with a medicine ball
4. 150 Thrusters. Partner is on rings or rack with locked-out arms
5. 150 Burpee boxjump. Partner in Squat with barbell on the back

Every 7 min: 30 Partner Front Squats
(0, 7, 14, 21, 28, 35)

This was one of the most brutal wods I´ve ever done. Sitting in a squat with a barbell on your back in the end was pure agony
