Anyone have experience with sugery for bicep tendon sub-lux along with anterior sub scap tear of the rotator cuff?
I have been avoiding the inevitable, but wondered if any of you have advice or experiences to share. I am 52 and reluctant to go under the knife, but guess it is the only alternative... |

Am in the recovery phase of this exact surgery. It's really not so bad. I had subcaps tears (2), supraspinatus tear, long head of bicep shreaded/reattached, bone fragments removed and distal clavicular excision. 5 weeks post surgery and have been doing modified workouts (1 armed + lots of squats) since day 2. If it wasn't for CrossFit I know things wouldn't be going as well as they are. By the way I'm 53.
