Something popped loudly and painfully in my right knee yesterday day during BJJ practice. There is no exterior swelling but I'm unable to twist my knee without significant pain although I can gingerly do a BTH squat. Tomorrow I'm going to an Orthopedic surgeon to have it examined.
Any advice on what to ask the doctor and what recommendations I may want to question or avoid? Thanks, Damon |

I think you're headed for an MRI. That may precede any real decision making.
Good luck. |
