I've had some rotator issues in the past, and now that I have started Oly lifting with a bit more overhead movements, I really believe the root cause a bicep impingement.
Can anyone suggest some good rehab exercises or a website to look at. Any help is appreciated!!! :happy: |

what makes you think its bicep impingement? I don't see that very often.

I really didn't think that until I had been doing to rotator cuff rehab exercises for some time and laying off any arms (not a big time concern for oly lifting)...and it wasn't really getting that much better.
When I went do work a bicep movement (curls) I noticed just how tight that right bicep was and the pull went up into the front part of my shoulder. |

here is a small informational website. As far as rehab, I would treat it similar to carpal tunnel with lots of gentle ROM in a pain free range with greatly decrease weight or no added weight with 15-20 Reps several times throughout the day. If you don't quickly start seeing an improvement (2-4 weeks) I would go see someone about it. |
