Coconuts are awesome. Drain the water, crack them, and you have enough food for half the day.
Ha ha! That's hilarious! I will have to try that....I always have Hubby open mine. Do you just drop the thing on the coconut??? How do u save the water?I'd love to see a video of this! Might be an interesting one to share with everyone here! LOL!

I'm with Marta. This post is useless without a corresponding YouTube link.

Again, this post is useless without video. And next time, do it the paleo friendly way and do it after consuming some rotten fermented cactus.

Re: What to do with a whole coconut?

I bought a coconut from the local megamart the other day, very excited to share it with my son.

I poke a hole in it with a nail and hammer and pour out the juice. Then I use the hammer to break the coconut and just eat the meat as is.

However, this coconut tasted like terpentine or furniture polish....it was terrible. I guess that's what a bad coconut tastes like. My 3 year old was pretty unimpressed, guess I'll have to try again some other time.

I decided to make it into a coconut glorification video.

Nice, the kettlebell worked really well. I'm definitely giving that a try sometime soon.
