80 kg Snatch at my ghetto gym in Geoje, South Korea

I jumped forward due to my bar path being off, but it is my PR.

Any advice would be awesome, thank you!

Fix your starting position -> Pull your knees back, lean over the bar more. The bar should be below your shoulders, and your knees should never be in the path that the bar is going to travel.

Correct your starting position and that will correct your forward jump.

Pushing your knees back under the bar once the bar has passed them should help.

Hey, I'm in Geoje for a bit and was wondering where you found to work out with real weights? I'd love some idea where to look, so far I can't find anything that isn't attached to a machine.
