Before and after - Brad Thompson

Two pics - December 2007 and September 2008.

I've been crossfitting (a lot of scales - but getting closer to rx'd on many) since January. I went to a cert in March. I started zoning right after the cert - thanks Nicole and Jeff T. for inspiring me! 247 went to 210. CFT went from under 600 to 705. 400m went from impossible to 2:00 to 1:21. Almost every workout has a new PR!

Thanks!

I guess I should add - I'll be 44 in a couple of months, I'm 6'4.

Nice! The leaner look definitely suits you and makes you look like someone to be taken quite seriously. No more squishy guy.

Good work!

Re: Before and after - Brad Thompson

Thanks y'all!

I was shocked when I found that "fat" pic. I really can't believe how much I was in denial! I thought "I just have a little bit of a gut to lose." When I think about it now - wow! If I saw that guy out somewhere and had to describe him, fat would definitely be one of the first adjectives.

I am happy with what I've done, I have more to do. I am most satisfied with how I feel and what I can do! How I look is just a bonus - a great bonus!

Re: Before and after - Brad Thompson

Awesome progress!! Post another pic once you can do all workouts as RX'd and in fast times!! And post the fat-pic again, to show more contrast.

Keep it up!!!
