Some days the bear gets you.
I'm getting back into Crossfit after waaaaay to long away. I hope to use it as a motivational tool to help me with some mental issues that I cannot seem to shake off, as well as get back into shape and provide some direction. Let's see what happens. I'm taking it one day at a time. I've got to plan around military PT and two morning of additional swimming. I will probably do Crossfit WODs 2-3 times a week and actually "san*****" a little at PT. I guess I could call that "active recovery"?
